• Document ingestion — we process your files (PDFs, Word docs, Google Docs, Notion pages, Confluence, markdown) into a searchable vector database
• Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) — the AI doesn't hallucinate because it only answers from your actual documents. Every response cites its source
• Secure deployment — hosted on private infrastructure. Your data never touches OpenAI, Google, or any public API. We use self-hosted models or enterprise AI APIs with data processing agreements
